Elite Functional Training

Each session will always start with one of the big 3 Squat, Bench Press or Deadlift, don’t worry if you haven’t done these before our very experienced Coaches will have you up to speed in no time. We will then hit some serious fitness with either Interval work, TABATA, AMRAPs or many other formats to always keep your body guessing and your fitness progressing. There will never be any more than 12 in a class so we can ensure you still get that personal touch.
