Achieve your goals while socialising and having fun!
Each session will always start with one of the big 3 Squat, Bench Press or Deadlift. Don’t worry if you haven’t done these before, our very experienced coaches will have you up to speed in no time.
We will then hit some serious fitness with either Interval work, TABATA, AMRAPs or many other formats to always keep your body guessing and your fitness progressing. There will never be any more than 12 in a class so we can ensure you still get that personal touch. |

Your journey starts with an extensive goal setting and strategy consultation that will include lifestyle, nutrition and movement assessments. |

Exercise in a group setting where you won't only push harder to progress further but also inspire like-minded training mates to do the same. 12 people maximum. |

When are the classes?
Classes are on Monday and Wednesday night at 6:30pm and Saturday morning at 07:30am.

How long do they go for?
They are scheduled for 45min but sometimes go a little longer.
