Hi Callan, I have no idea how or why but shoulder arm and back definition has jumped dramatically. I’m not doing this to “look good” but this functional type training is already showing visual results.
I’m noticing massive increases in strength, just finished of today and benched 95 kg’s, I reckon I could have given a bit more with a spotter.
Haven’t had to yet. I’m down 8 kilos in total.
